The Chronic Illness Challenge: Days 25-30

HI everyone,

It's taken awhile but I finally was able to finish the Chronic Illness Challenge!!! I went through questions 23 to 30. The video and questions are posted below!

Slice of Life: Chronic Illness Challenge Part 3

Here is the last installment of the Chronic Illness Challenge. I poured my heart out in this one! But please everyone (FAMILY included) do not take any of my statements personally. I really hope no one feels badly--these are just MY feelings and what I needed to share. I am at peace with my struggle and my journey -- we all have a journey and we ALL have struggles -- and I am NOT trying to invoke sympathy! I did my best to be honest about where I am in life now, that's all. Love & Blessings! Special shout outs to my nieces and nephew, Krissy, Diana, Tiela and Kevin....

Here are the questions:

Day 23. What do you say to yourself when you need a pep talk?

Day 24. How have you managed to juggle your social life through your illness?

Day 25. Name five activities you have managed to pursue while being ill, and five activities you have done that you wouldn’t have pursued if you hadn’t become ill.///

Day 26. What impact has this had on your family, friends, partner etc?

Day 27. What’s the most helpful advice you have had?

Day 28. Name five things you have achieved despite your illness.

Day 29. What has helped you cope with the stress of this lifestyle?

Day 30. And finally.. starting at your toes and working your way up to your head, name each part of your body and how your illness has affected it, followed by something you like about that part of your body.
